Mel B, the face and body of lingerie brand Ultimo says she loves underwear so much and she only has beautiful sets and never keeps any bras or panties past their best.
The former spice girls star says: "I never have embarrassing knickers. I have always been obsessed with underwear and toiletries. I've always kept that together, so I have perfect underwear.
It's always good to make sure you have good underwear, so you are right there Mel. Not only is good sexy underwear a boost to your confidence, but it also helps you avoid embarrassments, say in the event of an accident.
Who knows, something might happen and you end up in hospital and chances are you may be stripped naked. Whatever underwear you are putting on will be exposed for all to see.
